Whereas, in view of the Press Release issued by the Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya vide No. CSIPR /2014/29, Dated 13th April, 2020, regarding a COYID -19 positive case detected in Shillong and in continuation to order under section 144 Cr. P.C issued by the District Magistrate, South West Khasi Hills District vide No. SWKH/DLT/2018/05-1304, Dated 13th April, 2020, and in order to put in place more preventive and mitigation measures to identify and take more stringent steps so that the COYID-19 Pandemic does not reach or spread in South West Khasi Hills;

With reference to the Advertisement No.DSC.1/2006/2012/77 dated Mawkyrwat the 18^th November 2019 for recruitment to various posts under the District Selection Committee (DSC) South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat, the applications of the candidates whose names are listed below in respect of the mentioned posts are proposed to be rejected for the reasons mentioned against each. This is for general information to all curfew pass holders (private ambulance/private vehicle /public vehicles) issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner West Khasi Hills District Mawkyrwat for the purpose of government duty/essential duty/medical emergency.

It has brought to the notice of this office, that despite providing the facility of e-Curfcw Pass, people are still approaching to DC office South West Khasi Hills District Mawkyrwat, in person with their acknowledgment slip, for the purpose of collecting the e-pass for their vehicle.
