In continuation to Prohibitory order under section 144 Cr.P.C issued by the District Magistrate, South West Khasi Hills District vide No.SWK/Pol-22/20 12/164, Dated 15^th April 2020, and in order to put in place more preventive and mitigation measures to identify and take more stringent steps so that the COVID – 19 Pandemic does not reach or spread in South West Khasi Hills District.

In continuation to Prohibitory order under section 144 Cr.P.C issued by the District Magistrate, South West Khasi Hills District vide No.SWK/Pol-22/20 12/164, Dated 15^th April 2020, and in order to put in place more preventive and mitigation measures to identify and take more stringent steps so that the COVID – 19 Pandemic does not reach or spread in South West Khasi Hills District.

In continuation to Prohibitory order under section 144 Cr.P .C issued by the District Magistrate, South West Khasi Hills District vide No.SWK/Pol-22/2012/165-A,  Dated 22^ndApril, 2020, and in order to put in place more preventive and mitigation measures to identify and take more stringent steps so that the COVID – 19 Pandemic does not reach or spread in South West Khasi Hills District;

With reference to the Advertisement No.DSC.1/2006/2012/77 dated Mawkyrwat the 18^th November 2019 for recruitment to various posts under the District Selection Committee (DSC) South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat, the applications of the candidates whose names are listed below in respect of the mentioned posts are found to be eligible.

Whereas, in view of the prevailing situation concerning COVID-19 in the Country and Globally.
Whereas, to put in place preventive measures and awareness, to identify and take more stringent steps to ensure social distancing and home quarantine so the pandemic of COVID-19 does not spread to South West Khasi Hills District, by way of ensuring observance of strict protocols of the Advisories issued by Government of Meghalaya in the Health & Family Welfare Department,

Whereas, in view of the Press Release issued by the Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya vide No. CSIPR/2014/29 Dated 13th April, 2019, regarding a COVID-19 positive case detected in Shillong today, and in order to put in place more preventive and mitigation measures to identify and take more stringent steps so that the Covid-19 Pandemic does not reach or spread in South West Khasi Hills;

Whereas, in view of the Press Release issued by the Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya vide No. CSIPR /2014/29, Dated 13th April, 2020, regarding a COYID -19 positive case detected in Shillong and in continuation to order under section 144 Cr. P.C issued by the District Magistrate, South West Khasi Hills District vide No. SWKH/DLT/2018/05-1304, Dated 13th April, 2020, and in order to put in place more preventive and mitigation measures to identify and take more stringent steps so that the COYID-19 Pandemic does not reach or spread in South West Khasi Hills;

With reference to the Advertisement No.DSC.1/2006/2012/77 dated Mawkyrwat the 18^th November 2019 for recruitment to various posts under the District Selection Committee (DSC) South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat, the applications of the candidates whose names are listed below in respect of the mentioned posts are proposed to be rejected for the reasons mentioned against each. The last date for appeal is on or before 27^th February 2020. For more details please see the uploaded documents.

Consequent upon order NO ITR 49/ 2010/PT-IV/66 dated Shillong the 6^th May 2019 issued by Information Technology Department Govt. of Meghalaya, the office of the Deputy Commissioner, South West Khasi Hills District will roll out the following additional e-services in electronic form to the citizens of the district from 21^st January 2020 onwards.
