No.SWK/POL.62/2015/183 – Whereas the Action Plan prepared by NGT Committee for restoration of environment in areas affected by coal mining has been formulated to protect life and restore the environment in the district,
whereas, in order to protect human and animals’ death by accidentally falling into coal mine shafts and restore of water quality in rivers , streams, sources of drinking water and surrounding environment, it is felt necessary that all coal mine owners should immediately comply with the
