Online Application for Hailing Certificate for UPSC Examination through the Meghalaya e-District Portal

It is hereby notified for the information of the general public that the online application facility for obtaining a Hailing Certificate for the purpose of appearing in the Union Public Service
Commission (UPSC) Examination has been introduced in South West Khasi Hills District through the Meghalaya e-District Portal. Eligible candidates may now submit their applications
online through the portal.
