Notice is hereby given that the Govermnent intends to take possession of the land i.e. 84000 sq. meters (more or less) under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,20 13 at Ranikor, South West Khasi Hills District for Up-gradation of Ranikor-Nonghyllam-Maheshkhola-Baghmara Road to 2 lane under SARDP-NE Phase ‘A’total 139.0 km Job No.SARDP-NE/SH/Ranikor -Nonghyllam-Maheshkhola-Baghmara/MG/2010-11/-177- Additional Loop Portion (Chainage KM 7+200 to KM 10+700) in accordance with the Declaration under Section 19 of the RFCTLARR, Act. 2013 bearing No. RDA.2/2020/87, dt. 9.06.2020.
